What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you
give us in the form: your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are asking about and a description of what you need.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and provide the service
you asked about. We do not sell or share your personal information with
third parties for marketing.
How it is stored
Enquiries are delivered to us by email and
stored securely by our website service provider for reliability. We keep enquiry records only as long as
needed to serve you.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, but only if you
accept it. Until you choose Accept, nothing from Google loads and no analytics cookies are set. If
you choose Decline, it stays off.
If you accept, Google Analytics records the pages you view and for how long, how you arrived (for
example from a search or another website), your type of device, its operating system, your browser,
screen size and language, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. Google says
that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. It sets cookies whose names start with
_ga so that later visits from the same browser can be recognised; they last up to 12 months after
your last visit. Google keeps the individual records for no more than 14 months, then deletes them.
Google signals and advertising features are switched off, so this information is not used for
advertising.
Google processes this information for Lieben Paving as an operator (the word the Protection of Personal
Information Act uses for a processor), under Google's data processing terms, which require Google to
protect it. Google may store it on servers outside South Africa.
Separately, this website counts taps on its contact buttons and the enquiries sent through it,
with the page they came from. That count uses no cookies and no personal information, and your
choice below does not change it.
Your choice
Your choice is remembered in this browser for 12 months. You can change it here at any time, or
through the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. If you withdraw, Google Analytics stops
in this browser straight away and its cookies are removed.
